About The Project:
Truvoye is a web-based application which caters to solving logistic management issues in the trucking industry by giving equal opportunities to all drivers while giving the companies the ability to track assign and allocate order based on its quantity. The project was designed and developed in "13 weeks" as part of my 3rd semester college group project.
Problem:
Logistic companies has been struggling with performance efficiency and safety due to the prolonged shipment processing time due to brokerage, the lack of procedures such as tracking shipment and driver’s status in real time and the scarcity in security measures to ensure delivery success.
Solution :
To solve logistics companies’ operational problems and increase customer satisfaction, we created a web platform called Truvoye. Our platform offers features such as real-time shipment tracking, shipment time and cost estimation, analytical metrics, driver integration and OTP verification. These features will enable logistics companies to increase their operational efficiency and the safety of shipments.
Market Research:
After interviewing the owner of a logistics company based in India, we learned that in today’s fast-paced logistics sector, efficiency and safety are the key to maintaining a competitive advantage. Through this connection we have gained valuable insights regarding the issues present in the logistic industry. The current market value for fleet management business is as follows :

My Role :
As the design lead for the project, my major focus was on guiding and inspecting all things related to design. I was in charge of creating screens for Landing Page, Analytics, Orders & Order Proposal. The photos that you are witness below is the screens in its low fidelity to high-fidelity stage. My action plan was to make the site as clean and simple to use by implementing familiar actions to the web-app to minimize learning curve and maximize functionality. Me and my team of designers made scalable and reusable components to effectively reduce the work load for the developers while keeping in mind the future usability scenarios.
